产品介绍

Oxonol V是一种敏感的慢响应膜电位探针,已广泛用于测量许多生物系统的膜电位。Oxonol V的荧光在膜超极化时降低。通常,慢响应探针在跨膜分布中表现出电位依赖性变化,并伴有荧光变化。它们的光学响应幅度远远大于快速响应探针(通常每mV荧光变化1%)。慢响应探针,包括阳离子碳花青素,若丹明和阴离子恶臭酚,适用于检测由呼吸活动,离子通道通透性,药物结合和其他因素引起的非兴奋性细胞的平均膜电位变化。
