简要概述
使用纯化的人IgG Fc片段作为免疫原,可在山羊中产生抗人IgG(Fc特异性)抗血清。当针对纯化的人IgA,IgG(Fc和Fab片段)进行测试时,抗体制剂对人IgG,Fc片段具有特异性。缺乏与小鼠或大鼠血清蛋白的种间交叉反应性,使得该产品非常适合筛选由在小鼠或大鼠腹水中体内生长的杂交瘤细胞产生的人单克隆抗体。该产品具有检测正常或病理情况(例如癌症或自身免疫性疾病)的人类生物体液或组织中所有人类IgG亚类的能力。它可以有效地用作免疫分析程序中的二级抗体试剂,并且可以用作使用酶或荧光染料的偶联物的起始材料。山羊生产的抗人IgG(Fc特异性)抗体已用于双捕获ELISA中,以测量用CD52单克隆抗体(CAMPATH-1G)治疗的移植患者血清中的抗球蛋白反应,检测类风湿关节炎患者,小肠的IgG水平活组织检查和急性心肌梗死患者的免疫印迹分析。
