产品介绍
DiTO -1在化学上等同于TOTO®-1(TOTO®是Invitrogen的商标)。DiTO -1是一种碳花青二聚体,具有类似于FITC的绿色荧光。它不具有细胞渗透性,可以很容易地与Cy5和罗丹明区别开来,作为核复染和死细胞指示剂。在不存在核酸的情况下它是非荧光的,并且在与DNA结合后会产生非常明亮的荧光信号。DiTO -1可在培养细胞和石蜡切片中进行强而有选择性的核染色。通过细胞可渗透的Nuclear Red LCS1染料和不渗透细胞的TOTO®-1进行的同时标记可用于评估细胞活力。DiTO -1和Nuclear Red 的消光系数都比结合DNA的碘化丙啶大。
