简要概述
即用型ABTS溶液是美国AAT Bioquest生产的ELISA检测试剂，辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）和HRP缀合物在过氧化氢存在下促进ABTS氧化，将ABTS转化为其蓝绿色氧化产物。该显色反应广泛用于ELISA测定中的HRP定量。氧化的ABTS产物具有420nm的最大吸收，可以用分光光度计容易地跟踪。ReadiUse™ABTS解决方案针对在微孔板或试管中使用HRP或HRP标记的缀合物和过氧化氢的ELISA测定进行了优化。我们的ABTS解决方案可以在一次添加中完成HRP反应。在过氧化氢存在下，当与HRP或HRP缀合物反应时，测定溶液将其颜色改变为浅绿色。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供最优质的即用型ABTS溶液。
