产品介绍

ROX染料具有很强的荧光性,但它们非常不稳定,一些商业样品的保质期只有几个月。 与6-ROX化合物相比,我们的6-ROXtra 染料具有更高的稳定性,同时与生物底物(例如寡核苷酸)缀合时具有与6-ROX基本上相同的光谱特性。 此外,我们的6-ROXtra 染料比基本上不溶于水和水性缓冲液的6-ROX染料水溶性更高。 我们的初步研究表明,在大多数情况下,6-ROXtra衍生的寡核苷酸比相应的6-ROX寡核苷酸更容易纯化。 当与蛋白质缀合时,6-ROX的荧光会被严重淬灭,而6-ROXtra 仍会显示非常强的荧光。

Helixyte 14具有与SYBR 14相同的化学结构(SYBR是ThermoFisher的商标)。 它通常用于检测精子的活性。 精液中活精子的比例可通过使用SYBR-14和碘化丙啶(PI)的双重染色技术进行评估。 Helixyte 14是一种核酸染料,与DNA结合后可在488 nm处最大吸收并在518 nm处发射。 它使活精子的细胞核染成绿色。 相反,PI仅染色失去其膜完整性的非活动性精子。 可以通过先用SYBR-14和PI染色,然后通过流式细胞仪评估染色吸收来确定活精和死精的比例。 通过使用SYBR-14和PI双重染色,可以很容易地确定哺乳动物精液中活的和死的精子的比例,并可以通过流式细胞术进行定量。
