Cellartis定型内胚层干细胞（DE cell）是从hiPS细胞株ChiPSC18经体外诱导分化得来。该产品中，大于90%的细胞显示表达SOX17蛋白。该产品为低温冷冻保存的细胞悬浮形式。本产品适合用于进一步诱导分化成为肝脏细胞类型或是胰脏细胞类型。特别地，Cellartis的肝脏细胞诱导分化试剂盒（Cellartis Hepatocyte Differentiation Kit，Cat. Immunocytochemistry of Cellartis Definitive Endoderm Cells (from ChiPSC18). Cells were thawed, cultured for two days, fixed, and stained for the pluripotency marker OCT4, the definitive endoderm marker SOX17, and the nuclear marker DAPI. Results show that more than 90% of the cell population are definitive endoderm cells and have lost pluripotency.
