罗丹明6G是美国AAT Bioquest生产的罗丹明染料,罗丹明6G也称为罗丹明590、R6G、碱性罗丹明黄或C.I.45160。罗丹明6G由于具有极高的光稳定性、高量子产率、低成本和接近最大吸收(约530nm)等优点,常被用于Nd:YAG激发光的二次谐波泵浦的荧光染料中。光谱范围为555-585nm,最大为566nm。罗丹明6G也可用于Pgp流出测定,并已用于表征MRP1介导的流出动力学。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的罗丹明6G。
