Mca-YVADAPK(Dnp)-OH是一种荧光肽底物,用于检测caspase-1 /白介素转换酶(ICE)和血管紧张素I转换酶2(ACE-2)。它的N端包含高荧光的7-甲氧基香豆素(MCA)荧光团,可通过荧光共振能量转移(暗FRET)有效地淬灭赖氨酸残基上的非荧光2,4-二硝基苯基。它可以用于测量caspase-1 /白介素转化酶(ICE)和血管紧张素I转化酶2(ACE-2)的活性,这些酶能够裂解荧光基团(MCA)和荧光素之间的酰胺键。淬灭剂组(DNP),导致荧光增强。
