β-丙氨酸-R110是一种荧光底物，可用于检测胰腺弹性蛋白酶，芳基酰胺酶和β-丙氨酸氨基肽酶活性。它也可以用于检测具有β-丙氨酸氨基肽酶活性的铜绿假单胞菌。在丙酸沙雷氏菌，铜绿假单胞菌，荧光假单胞菌，洋葱伯克霍尔德菌，门氏假单胞菌和人形支原体中检测到β-丙氨酸氨基肽酶活性。因此，β-丙氨酸-R110可用于检测食品和其他样品中的这些物种。与β-丙氨酸-AMC（＃13202）相比，β-丙氨酸-R110更敏感。可以使用常见的FITC通道或FITC过滤片组件轻松检测其酶促产物。
