串联染料是一类独特的荧光分子,由两种不同的共价连接荧光团、供体(例如 PE 或 APC)和发射较长波长的荧光受体(例如 Texas Red、Cy5、Cy7、iFluor 594 或 iFluor 750组成)。APC-iFluor 800 是一种新的独特串联颜色,适用于多色应用,特别是用于设计光谱流式细胞仪面板。它已通过 Cytek 的 Aurora 流式细胞仪进行了验证。其主要吸收峰位于 651 nm,发射峰位于 ~820 nm。它是最亮的红外荧光团之一,可用于流式细胞术和荧光成像应用。
