产品介绍
FunXite -1在化学结构上与FUN®1相同(FUN®1是ThermoFisher的商标)。它是用于酵母和真菌的独特的双色荧光活性探针。FunXite-1扩散到各种细胞中,并最初以分散的绿色荧光染色细胞质。在某些酵母和真菌中,染色剂与某些细胞物质(例如谷胱甘肽)反应,产生明显的液泡结构,伴随着绿色细胞质荧光的减少,呈现出明显的红色荧光。由于真空内结构的形成需要质膜完整性和代谢能力,所以死亡的酵母和真菌细胞发出明亮的黄绿色荧光,而没有可辨别的红色结构。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的FunXite -1双色荧光活性探针。
