SNAP蛋白质标记系统使几乎任何分子都可以特异性地,共价地结合到目标蛋白质上。SNAP标签是基于人O6-烷基鸟嘌呤-DNA-烷基转移酶(hAGT)的蛋白质。SNAP标签的底物是荧光团,生物素或通过苄基接头与鸟嘌呤或氯嘧啶去掉基团缀合的微珠。在标记反应中,底物取代的苄基共价附着于SNAP标签。BG琥珀酰亚胺酯是一种可与胺反应的结构单元,可从含胺的标记物或生物靶标制备SNAP底物。BG琥珀酰亚胺酯构建基块为各种SNAP标签底物的开发提供了便利,这些底物用于标记SNAP标签融合蛋白,可用于多种生物学应用。
