简要概述
ReadiUse 预活化的HRP NHS酯是HRP的单NHS酯。 它可用于容易地标记蛋白质(例如抗体)或具有氨基的其他生物分子。 ReadiUse 预活化HRP NHS酯易于使用。 它可以用于通过简单混合标记抗体,即抗体的碱性溶液(pH 8.5-9.0)可以直接与HRP NHS酯混合,并将反应混合物摇动1-2小时。 在大多数情况下,所得溶液可直接用于ELISA测定而无需进一步纯化。 ReadiUse 预活化的HRP NHS酯提供了最强大的方法来执行抗体与HRP的缀合。 任何合适量的抗体(> 1mg / mL)可以容易地与预活化的HRP NHS酯缀合而无需纯化。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的预活化HRP NHS酯。
产品说明书
样品实验方案
1.抗体(IgG)~100μg在20μL~50μL的25mM碳酸氢钠缓冲液(pH = 8.5)中。
2.将IgG溶液转移到HRP-SE小瓶中,充分混合。
3.在室温下反应1~2小时,优选在反应过程中轻轻摇动。
4.加入等体积的100mM Tris-HCl缓冲液(pH = 7.5)+ 0.5%BSA。
5.将混合物储存在4oC,即可使用。 注意:如果目标蛋白质溶液含有其他蛋白质(如BSA),则纯化蛋白质溶液或干扰标记反应。 注意:需要除去叠氮化钠等小分子。 注意: Tris缓冲液和其他胺类化合物也会干扰标记反应。
